Being a native of Austin, I have personally witnessed the explosive growth of this community. From newly developed areas to well established neighborhoods, Austin has it all and is home to a virtual “melting pot” of families, individuals and business’ from around the world. Growing up my grandfather was a well known and highly respected builder in the area. His love for real estate and the joy of helping others fulfill their dreams in home ownership was inheritably passed down to me. Genuine concern for others and the ability to find a solution for practically any obstacle are all things that my granddad imparted through life lessons. I was raised here in Austin. I have lived North, South, East & West. I began my real estate career in property management. I started at the bottom and worked my way up to regional supervisor. As I grew in the field I decided I could service my clients best, if I could take care of every aspect of their investments. That is when I started pursuing becoming a Realtor. I am happy to say it was a good choice. I primarily service investors. I assist them in buying, improving, managing, and selling their real estate holdings. An added bonus has been the close relationships I have been able to form with my clients. Being their from begining to end has been rewarding for me & profitable for my clients. Having lived in South Austin for 15 years and currently a downtown Austin resident, Michelle Cotten offers a unique and experienced perspective in both of these thriving areas. Michelle is a University of Texas honors graduate receiving her degree in Sociology and Government. I moved from South Texas to the Leander, Cedar Park area in 2000. In 2005 I decided to make a career change into Real Estate. I have learned so much about the Austin, and surrounding areas since I started working with buyers and sellers in the many different areas. I specialize in the Leander. Cedar Park area, but will work in other areas of Austin. When not working with clients I like to fish, go to movies, and spend time with family. |

Teresa Talley, native Texas who’s lived in the Austin area for over 15yrs. I have over 10yrs experience in real estate and enjoy working with both sellers and buyers. I specialize in the North and Northwestern areas of Austin but cover all areas of the metropolis when called upon. Having past commercial experience, I also handle commercial transactions occasionally. I’m a huge animal lover and enjoy riding horses and sport bikes. I became a realtor because I enjoy helping people through education of the home buying/selling process and because I get a fantastic sense of joy when I see my clients holding the keys to the home that they had their hearts set on.
