Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Austin and Surrounding Areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. We also meet clients Real Estate needs in El Paso, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio as well.  My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. Living in the Austin area for over 26 years has afforded me the opportunity to know the economic environment, real estate cycles, culture and standard of living that most people are interested in when purchasing a home in the Austin area.  I have also had the opportunity to work in other Real Estate markets as in the United States.  Other U.S. markets allows me to compare and contrast regional market trends as well as architecture, zoning and permiting, interior design and other areas of housing which helps for a variety of  buying/selling strategies for Austin.

I work with first time home buyers/sellers including providing financing to the final close, holding your hand through the entire process. I also work well with experienced buyers/sellers and investors.  Finally, I work with the Luxury home buyer/seller which requires specific needs.  This process also encompasses financing assistance from interest only loans, jumbo loans, to cash transactions.
